Sunset was at 18:20 and because where the new moon was located was totally covered over with clouds, it took not until the new moon descended from behind the clouds 59 minutes after sunset for me to had been able to have seen it at 19:19 this Thursday evening 11th April 2013. Sky conditions at time of sighting posed even greater difficulty against my camera from being able to visibly capture it as can be seen in this evening's new moon photo album:

It's location was a bit north of sunset. I had the privilege of seeing it from when I spotted it from 19:19 until when it descended out of sight at 19:30.

Happy new moon day #2 this week Friday 12th April 2013 to everyone with wishes of productivity and perseverance.
