Pretty late now to report of having seen the new moon last evening Sunday 28th December 2008, right? This is because my country is commercially
closed on a Sunday and the one and only public surf cafe in the capital that opens on a Sunday afternoon
until 6:30pm (I arrived there at 6:14pm) was closed for whatever the reason, I just don't know.
Not being able of submitting bulk/mass e-mail using my
Nokia
3595 cellular/mobile phone, I could have only submitted a reporting to two new moon websites (
www.NewMoonReport.org and
www.PaleoTimes.org) which provides an online
new moon report form to do so, via my cell phone.
I saw the new moon last evening Sunday 28th December 2008 at 6:05pm. The area of sky above the
western horizon was visibly clear where the new moon became visible straight above where the sun set and straight under
the star called Venus. There was also a smaller star that was a bit southward in between the new moon and the Venus star.
Happy new moon to all,
Augustus Paul
