Sunday Sunset/Evening 2nd March 2014 Intercalary 13th New Moon Sighted from Dominica and T&T!

Happy biblical intercalary thirteenth new moon day to all from this Sunday evening 2nd (when I observed it for 23 minutes from 18:23 - ten minutes after sunset - to 18:46) through till next sunset, Monday 3rd March 2014.

The little bit of clouds in sight was by no means a hindrance or even anywhere close to this evening's visible 13th new moon high up in the sky.
A beautiful and very easy to see new moon indeed with the naked eye. 'Twas a new moon I was not able of seeing with my binoculars before seeing it with my naked eyes.
This evening's new moon was on the north side of sunset and tilting a bit to the north.
Calling me from Trinidad & Tobago at 19:07 this evening with a report that he and his wife has just sighted this evening's visible 13th new moon was Elder Locksley Joseph.

WHY DO I REFER TO THIS EVENING'S VISIBLE NEW MOON AS THE BIBLICAL INTERCALARY 13TH NEW MOON INSTEAD OF AS THE YEAR-BEGINNING-NEW-MOON OF ABIB/AVIV?

TOO MANY OF SUCH GREAT A CLOUD OF ABOVE JEWISH WITNESSES NOT HAVING FOUND A SINGLE FIELD OF HARVESTING QUANTITY OF BARLEY ABIB/AVIV IN ISRAEL TO STAND AGAINST!
The same thing that happened during the last biblical lunar leap year is the same thing that has happened this biblical lunar leap year with the same American Sacred Name group, claiming on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Assemblies-of-Yahweh/205177146177938 that "the Barley is in the ear and satisfies the requirements of Abib" and have declared this evening's new moon as such, setting the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread to be observed by them this month without giving one iota of the location and/or photos of their findings as did the other searchers in Israel that all could see the barley does not as yet satisfy the requirements for Abib/Aviv.
This I see as a mishap now happening among them on these two consecutive occasions that has NEVER in the history of their existence befallen them prior to the death/passing of their beloved founding Bishop and Directing Elder whose timing of the barley had always been in harmony with everyone else WALKING IN HARMONY with the availability of barley ears of maturing corn/grain in Israel to begin the biblical lunar year with the new moon becoming visible during that stage of the barley in keeping with Exodus 9:25, 31, 26, 12:1-2 and Deuteronomy 16:1. This is rather of a great concern to me, really.
What's becoming of them sooner their founding leader has been departed from this life?
